Terrible not working discord support
Help & Support is slow to respond or not responding at all. (Same goes for trust and safety.) My old account got disconnected, tried to appeal, but strangely all messages were simply ignored. Okay, I'll delete my account and register my phone with a new account, I thought. Yeah, of course. To delete an account, you do need to write through the linked mail. And all messages written through my linked mail are ignored(more precisely, all the requests that I send them do not reach technical support, because the mail does not receive a letter stating that the request was sent to Help & Support).I wrote several requests to Help & Support with a request to resolve this case, and of course no one answered me. The evidence that I can give in my favor is only screenshots and videos.But I think they will ignore it or write that I have to send a request from the attached mail, without even understanding the situation. I'm disappointed in the discord. They can't even delete the account.
After a month, zero response. And all my requests were closed by an incompetent employee Sal. You seriously can't delete my old disabled account? I'm just laughing at you. For all questions or requests, they throw a link to discord support. AHAHAH. YOU ARE discord support. And yes, all discord analogs are just poor platforms, stop writing about it. I really want to talk to a REAL administration who can help and not throw stupid links, and not with a robot or a sleeping lazy freelancer.

Hi Ἀντίχριστος, the reason why discord support requests are answered late is that 2 million people like us and you send 500,000 support requests every day, because it is a tiring job, sleep, food, water, toilet, time with family, going out, taking care of your son if you have a son. they have to deal with. I think you should have some understanding.

I'd somewhat agree with this post. I've been ghosted on over 8 discord appeals and about 6 emails (in all) that I've sent to discord because of my false ban. Its been over a month since I've sent all the proofs required, but I never did get a reply. If you say that there's only so many people handling all these emails and appeals, then that also goes to say, please hire more people. Its frustrating to see no responses on any and all emails you send and then you being told to be even more patient.
People are going 1 month+ for things that should've been resolved in under a week or two (including me). I've been constantly told to wait to get a reply, but seriously, 1 month is not cool. How am I supposed to believe that I will ever even get an answer if they don't even reach back to say, "Hey I have seen this email (issue) and will be dealing with it as soon as possible." In my personal experience, no reply on over 15 appeals and emails in the span of a month just says how much these issues are actually cared about by the Trust and Safety Team.1 -

Kaan I absolutely do not care what problems they have there, they have a lot of money and have a huge audience of users. And they recruit some id*ots, because of whom there are even more problems. Yes, they even ban for no reason and then cannot explain for that, and the account is not something that will be returned, it will not even be deleted. Taking into account the budget of this company, they could have recruited smarter people. And here, they cannot even answer me, and if they answer, they will stup*dly say something like "contact support service "
