Webhook Message Components stopped being displayed.

At some point yesterday(June 28th, 2021), all Message Component buttons across 3 servers that I use them on stopped showing up completely.
The JSON response from the POST request shows an empty components field, 

..."flags": 0, "components": [], "webhook_id":...

and when I purposefully misconfigure the components payload in a test webhook, it tells me that there is an issue with the components field.

Example:

I was wondering if message component buttons have been silently removed due to an exploit or for another reason without notice or if there has been a change to the API that has yet to be announced?

  This website is not for helping about an API but for ideas appeal, if you want to talk about how to do this, please go to a dedicated server to have some help about it.

  Feedback does not intrinsically mean "idea", and I'm failing to see any documentation stating this feedback section is purely for "ideas"

  As this is a place for "Feedback", my feedback is that the API no longer functions as it is supposed to or once did.
  
  Also, I went to the official Discord Developers server and got a vague answer as there is no official reason as to why it stopped working other than 'consistency' and was hoping maybe to get a better answer here.

  Incoming Webhooks are a simple way to post messages from apps into Slack. After creating, you'll be redirected to the settings page for your new app (if you We'll show how you can generate webhooks programmatically later, but for now as a single line of text, or make them really useful with interactive components.
