Per-channel notification sound

I am in a lot of servers. And I don't want to mute everything since I want to read a bunch of channels daily, but there are maybe 5-10 channels out of hundreds that I REALLY need to get notified of if a message pops up, and right now some nerd posting a pic of his pizza will just give me the same notification sound as a really important message that I need to see immediately. 

Please, allow us,  maybe even just in developer mode, to change the default notification sound on a per-channel basis, maybe to some presets from you or even better individual sound files. It would make my life so, so much  easier.
