Stream Chat Overlay

Wouldnt it be possible to add a "Stream Chat Overlay" for attach it to a voice call chat and then when someone is streaming, it actualy show the messages sent in that specific chat for the person who is streaming? its really tricky to play the game and keep using alt tab all the time to check messages.
