Add banner in voice chat

I noticed that there is a background with a different color behind the user in the voice chat. It looks dull and boring. But recently banners for users have been added. Why not put a user banner in the background. Here is an example of my idea(before and after).

  I could not nicely insert a picture in the page code. Would look better
