Account wrongfully disabled

As of last night (July 1st, 01:36am) my account, along with at least 6 of friends', got disabled for a ToS violation "Malicious hacking, fraud, account or credit card cracking, and/or attempting to damage a computer network or machine". The weird part about this is that all of us (as far as the people I know) were in 1 discord server named "Gun go pew pew" (just a discord for friends). There was nothing in that server that had to do with hacking, fraud, you name it.. 

I got the email notifying me that my account had been disabled at 01:36am, and 3 of my friends received it 2 minutes later, all at the same time (01:38am).

I REALLY hope some light can be shun on top of this situation because I'm about to lose an account that I've been using since December 2016. And NONE of us know what could've gone wrong.

    I feel you bro, discord said I've been involved of spamming with malicious intent and well that's not the case, hopefully we can get our accounts back, your friends also.

    Pfff yeah, idk. I cba to have my account get destroyed just because it somehow got compromised, or hacked or whatever. And then Discord just giving us automated replies. Just shows had, sadly enough, incompetent and lazy they are. We have all messaged them, including follow up emails, so I really hope something comes to light here..

    Just received 2 emails at the exact same time. Both being the auto-reply from discord saying my account will not being reinstated. I'm actually getting pissed..

    this happened to me today but spam instead what a fk is happening? i have seen 5+ post about account gets disable

    Okay, I received an email based on my concern with an account of mine, trying to recover my main one. Basically, it said mine got caught in their spam filter. After further review of my situation, they went ahead and lifted the suspension on my discord account. Guys you might recover yours if you keep emailing them, I mean tbh I stopped emailing them for a long time but maybe if you emailed like 5 times, they'll notice it.
