Unlocking disabled account
My account has been disabled because of a chargeback for Nitro that I didn't even sanction. I've sent two reports in and so far nothing. It's been about two days. I'm wondering if I want to put any more money into this application if the support team is going to be the opposite of supportive or responsive. I want to love this app because it's a great way to communicate with friends and family but this experience has soured it for me.
Please fix this, thanks.

ALSO: I received an email for HypeSquad for my disabled account.
Why is it okay for y'all to spam me with messages for features I can't even use? On top of that, I checked with my bank and the purchase for Nitro went through. Discord took my 5 bucks for the month and I can't even use the features from Nitro because they are on my disabled account. Super messed up.0 -
Hopefully you'll get yours back too although the support can reach back in 72 hours maybe although idk after that, man discord could be even better with better support, I think they're depending in an auto system, disabling innocent people then they can't support their concerns cause they lack manpower.
