Disabled Account and Useless Discord Support
This is my experience with the worst customer service I have ever seen.
Discord's customer service is the worst of any company its size and they likely care only about money. If you read complaints/requests from BBB, the only accounts that get reinstated are the ones with "I lost $60 of nitro" or "$50 paypal refund requested". There is even an article saying something along the lines people like Mr. Beast are more important to them.
On June 1st, I was chatting with some friends when I was forced to log out, and told my account was disabled when I attempted to log back in. In my inbox I found an email from Discord saying that my account had been disabled because I apparently did things faster than humanly possible or for "taking other actions on Discord". Clearly this email was not helpful at all.
I created a request asking why this happened and how I could undo it. After nearly a week with no response, I made another. After waiting days, I got a response.
An automated response. This response said to refer back to the completely useless email that I mentioned before.
I made a new request asking to speak with an agent. Again, several days passed without a response. I messaged Discord's Twitter and was told that an agent would help me within 48 hours. After 48 hours, I messaged their Twitter again and was ignored.
After multiple new requests, I got the exact same useless response saying to refer to the useless email. The only difference? The bot who sent this automated response had a name. Because that is what speaking with a human is to Discord.
I made many requests over the next few weeks and received the useless message, no matter how I asked or where. I tried asking from different email addresses's, and received a response almost instantly. However, all these agents only responded with copy and pasted messages. If I asked them to check Ticket #____, these agents said that I had to message from the email that was disabled, after I had done that and been ignored a dozen times.

Yep totally get it been battling with them (with my daughter) since May 26 trying to recover her account that she was scammed into giving access. Same sorts of responses if at all, or latest close a ticket as solved with no response at all. They need lessons in how to do customer support from companies like Steam that actually respond with real people in appropriate timeframes. Compare the difference steam account restored within 6 hours of reporting issue, discord no response then told nope after almost 5 weeks, now apparently deleted.

Same thing happened to me but over a server! I had made a server after days and pretty soon it started to grow. Then another owner got into it with a member which was the most petty argument ever and was solved pretty quickly. few minutes later I was logged out of my account and when I tried to log in it said I was disabled. a few seconds later I get an email saying my account was disabled for being in a server that contained explicit photos or underage minors and that after 30 days my account would soon be deleted!!! I must have been reported by multiple people because the member had went to another server to talk shit about MINE! I tried so hard to contact discord but I would get auto emails and maybe after a few weeks I got an email from a real person stating the reason why my account (ALONG WITH MANY OTHERS) was disabled and that it will be deleted. No mercy. I tried many times to explain that it was a mistake and I was ignored! They do not care!!
