BetterDiscord Features added to discord? Maybe a join effort?

Maybe make a team of developers for specificly making new themes and add a feature where people could suggest ideas/show drawings of how they imagine discord themes also maybe add a template feature where you could make discord themes by intserting images yourself into a template. Or instead of a whole developer team add something like a steam workshop for themes and or plugins.

Maybe add a feature where you could turn on a setting that shows when ever you read a message to others ( an icon of you pfp is shown under the other person's latest message you've read, if one person has this enabled only his icon shows, by default this setting is off, but it's able to be turned on in the text and images tab in the settings, this feature wouldn't really work in servers since most of them are really big so this could be just a group or normal dm setting, but it's up to you to decide any of my suggestions and how they could work.
