Some people have activated the 2FA feature and deleted the barcode program, and I want to make a suggestion that we return our account via the email of the account

  To be fair, Discord does tell you to save your backup codes.
  That being said, allowing you to use email to circumvent 2FA defeats 2FA entirely. At that point, the second factor (mobile authenticator) depends on the first factor (email), meaning that you only need your email to log in, regardless of 2FA status. It'd be a massive security problem to implement this suggestion.
