An alternative to Discord's explicit image removal.

So did it ever happen to you when you try to send an image (Which sometimes isn't NSFW at all) and the "Most (APPARENTLY) Accurate Robots" don't let you send it?

Well here's an alternative to the bots.

Instead of not sending it at all, the bots should not send the image BUT give the moderators an option to approve it or not.
