Scam?

These sort of messages are usually sent by spambots, and are dubious, to say the least. I would recommend ignoring them.

"The investor has entered into an agreement with discord to allow the use of discord as a platform for the distribution of P2P code prizes."

This, to my knowledge is completely false. If discord had partnered with some organisation, it would be plastered somewhere in their news page.

Final conclusion: Take it as a scam, and ignore it

If you check the link in your post, it has been already taken down. I got here through searching for a line from a spam message I just received on Discord, but with a differently branded website ("bitolex").

Besides the claims of collaboration with Discord, best think of this in terms of advance fee fraud, i. e. a Nigerian prince who wants to share their millions with you.

An exchange will make some excuse for why you can't just access the funds you won, but you'd have to verify your wallet by sending a considerable amount of funds from it to the exchange. They pocket the money, possibly keep you on the hook even further, and you never see a satoshi out of them.

It's great that you asked, before committing resources in a way that they would not have been recoverable. Stay vigilant. :)
