Feature Request: Separate Permission for Prune

This permission would allow the users/role to prune members. This permission would be independent of the "Kick" permission. 

The reason for the separate permission would be that you want moderators to be able to kick users but not to be able to prune the whole server. 

Only current workaround is to use a bot but my issue is if/when the bot goes offline the moderators can no longer moderate.
