Discord Phone Number

i would like to link my phone number to my main discord account, when i get the notification on the phone it tells me that the phone number is linked to another account, but i don't know what accaount it is. how can I do? I wait for an answer thanks

  I am having the same problem and this is my only discord account so it should not be linked to any other account.
