Common mistakes with settings

Would be nice if support or a page was availible to go over for all common mistakes in settings

For example users willl as i found out have a difficult time finding the answer at support and bot devs
For a simple setting mistake called "show website preview info from links pasted into chat"

This disables most if not all bot message visibility
I am sure there are more settings and common mistakes that can be added and maybe made
Accessible on a easy findable place before people contact support or if support can make a list to walk through them selves that would also greatly help loads of users in the future
