Both of my Discord accounts were disabled two different times...?

My first discord account was disabled about a month ago and I have no clue as to why my account was disabled. I cannot recall doing anything that could have went against the terms and services since I only talk to 2 people on discord and barely talk to them at all. I have emailed the support email for Discord but I am given the same message from what seems like an AI which was "Discord has disabled your account for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We’ve reviewed and confirmed this violation, and we will not reinstate your account." I responded with an email explaining how I understand and that I wanted to see when I "violated the terms of service" and was told the same thing. My computer had a nasty trojan that I removed not too ago which I believe someone had gained access to my discord account and spammed the people on my account. I had just got a message from discord while I was trying to log in to Discord on my computer as I was given the message "Something's Going on Here. We've detected something out of the ordinary going on. To continue using discord we will need to verify your account." It asked me to put in my phone number which I did, but the thing is my phone number is still linked to my old account which was "disabled" by Discord. I am basically locked out of my account(s) and I am honestly running out of options on what to do at this point. I tried to reach out to discord about it but I am either told the same default response or I don't get a response at all; I want to submit another request but I am well aware they don't want you to send multiple requests.
