More features for Slash Commands

As well as now seeing message values for a privileged intent and several bots are migrating to slash, it would be nice to add support for emojis/icons in slash and option choices, another cool thing to add would be DM commands, I know it already exists the global commands, but, as there are server-only commands, it would be nice to create DM-only commands, another thing would be to add more options in the example commands: mention a thread, an emoji... I don't know.

  It also would be cool to choice between specific permission (or users I can work with that too lol) that will be needed to show the commands. This would make the interface waaay cleaner
