Differentiating between editing and assigning permissions

I've seen many posts with similar intents but still, we are yet to have a response from discord regarding the issue that many of us face as server owners; we want to allow people to assign roles to other members yet we don't want them to add/delete other roles.

Separating the permissions and would be a huge help to all and would further strengthen security as server owners can be protected from people griefing servers by removing all the roles.
