Thread Management with Drag and Drop

Add the Ability to Drag and drop threads from One Channel to Another

As an Admin and a moderator
I'm seeing thread being created in a channel that would better fit a different channel.

But currently, there is no way to move a thread.
we can drag and drop Channels to a different Category
but presently, we can't do the same with a thread.
