Enable push notifications on mobiles for servers with over 2500 members

I’m in a server with over 2.5k members and still can’t override notifications. This makes it extremely difficult to moderate the server unless I’m actively watching it. It doesn’t leave much room for me to do anything else. it would be much easier if we could just override them. you could literally just force the default server notifications to be mentions only but at least allow us to change them for ourselves
