Request change of discriminator

The discriminator randomly change once your nitro expired. It would be cool if the user can request to change their discriminator using Tickets because like me I put my username in my bio like in GitHub. The other suggestion is chanhe the discriminator to its original state instead of picking a random discriminator

  This could be abused in many ways, such as people constantly requesting to change it due to them doing malicious things and wanting to hide their identity, or to impersonate other users easily.
