decrease the localized pricing for Brazil

I really like the idea of localized pricing, I've never considered purchasing nitro before (besides from promotions such as black friday) since it used to be way too expensive, I noticed that turkish people got a much lower localized pricing, which does seem somewhat reasonable, however if you compare the minimum salary in Tukey (440,29 EUR) to the minimum salary in brazil (1039 reais / 1679 EUR) It's much harder to make money in brazil, therefore It's still overly expensive for the majority of Brazilians. Brazil has a population of 200 million+ people. I believe that the number of people buying nitro would increase significantly if the price were to be reduced a bit more relative to the average Brazilian income.
