Discord Bots should have a test server.
In that test server, they would have full access, even after 100 users, they also will have message content access since it's a test server.
But they only could allow one test bot per server, and they should have admin rights, of course.

You can do what the majority of bot devs do and just have a separate beta client for testing, lock it down so it can't be invited and it will never hit that ceiling

Yep after I send the first version of my bots into production I just make a "Dev" account which I test new builds on and only lives on my test server.
You don't wanna be testing with the bot account that's running your production version anyway.

What he means is that, the bot will have access to things that have been locked down by Nitro and Server Boosting, currently we can't test out our tickets implementations because of our Test Server doesn't have level 2 boost.
