Help regarding mentioning of a role

I need help regarding the functionality of roles, "Can we make a particular role like unverified users unable to mention the admins?"

This is to confirm fluency in moderating the server, it's quite difficult to manage a server where new users just mention and in a server with many people it's quite difficult to have like 50 mentions from 50 different people.
