Arbitration and Binding Class Action Clause

With how useful Discord has been to my life, I would like to support Discord through Nitro, but I've had a growing discomfort with binding arbitration/class action clauses for a long time, and  I've recently decided that I'm not willing to give sensitive payment info to anyone who have such clauses.

Binding Arbitration and Class Action Prohibition are forcing people to opt out of the legal system. Not only should such terms be illegal, but its immoral to ask your community to waive their protections under the law. It's scummy of you.

Is there any way you could reconsider and remove these clauses from your terms? I would subscribe immediately if you did.
