Bots get registry date wrong, why?

Every bot I use gives me the same output, saying I joined 3 months ago, while I joined Discord just yesterday, not even 24 hours. This threw me under the bus in a big server because I say I'm new and ask things like How does [blank] work or what's [blank], then someone checked with a bot and it said I registered 3 months ago, I was accused of a ban evade, why does this happen?
