Phone verification

This implementation should be improved upon. My reasons are if you verify yourself and remove the number listed. It will send you back to verify and you can no longer use that mobile number. People don't have tons of phone numbers at their disposal. The timeout delay for the phone is another thing, I've heard it takes 2 weeks. That's absurd as is and discord can't manually do anything about it makes it worse.

Possible Solution: Stick to email, send another verification as it did when making a new account. Make a new team to read the posts instead of copy-pasting. Make it possible to bypass the system via discord staff.
