Discord focus on startup

Discord focus (at least) three spaced times on startup, i guess it's because it opens a pair of individual windows that seem to be an updater and the main Discord app window.

Thing is most people probably don't deal with this cause Discord defaults to open at OS start but i like to open it manually and while it takes a few moments to do so it constantly regain focus pushing me from what im doing.

I will also guess that most people starting Discord on demand, often opens it while doing other things and for me at least is a mild nuisance but i think (and kindly request) if somehow manually opening Discord could gain focus just once, or at least a allow the grayed toggle in options menu to choose "start minimized" to system tray while starting discord manually too.
