Server Modmail Feature
**Discord Community ModMail Feature**
Here's the scope of it.
You have multiple features:
- A new channel called Mail Channel (this is where new tickets are received thread style.
- Members with a new permission called "Manage Mail" can delete tickets, archive tickets, blacklist users, use snippets, and add other members to the ticket (non-mods as well).
- Members with Manage Server can do Manage Mail perms as well as add/use snippets, create a new modmail hub, clear modmail logs, etc.
- The hub channel acts like a private thread where moderators can view all tickets created and only the ticket creator can see their thread at one time.

DISCORD MODMAIL (MEMBER VIEW)
You can create new tickets by heading to the dropdown menu and selecting Contact Staff!
(This feature will only be available for Community Servers)

It's cool...specially the message staff one

I agree. It can be hassle free this way. In built mod mail feature would be neat. No more inviting the mod mail bots if this is available.

It's really cool, hassle free like most said. No more modmail bot, though has an impact on branding. Would be good if this was a Community Enabled-only feature.

There should be a 'Use Mail' permission to control what users can create tickets. That's more in line with how most features work on Discord, as opposed to having a blacklist.

Hi there! I know that I’ve seen some mock-ups floating around some discord servers and in Discord’s official mock-ups for Server ModMail built into the actual client, however I’d also like to suggest a way to do Server Tickets and include the ability to put together a “Set Up Tickets Configuration” and “Tickets Responses” and finally a built in “Tickets Logs/Transcripts” into the Tickets/ModMail section of the mock-ups.
