Idea - adding new role places it above current selected role

My idea is basically this: When you create a new role, it is added above the one currently highlighted instead of being sent to the bottom. It can be a little bit of a pain when creating new roles in servers with lots already.

and a follow-up idea: being able to select and move multiple roles when you hold ctrl/cmd while selecting.
