Banned Users DMing Server Members
After an Incident in a discord server I moderate, I thought that it would be useful to have a notification/warning message when a member who has been banned from a server tries to DM members of that server.
The format I think showcases this well is:
Careful! This member was banned from [server], for [reason]. Be careful with this user!
The two people would still be able to DM each other, it would just serve as a noticeable warning
This would help, as while moderators can send announcements warning people about certain users, people who have not seen that announcement, or who do not connect the person they are speaking to with that member, can often get tricked by that banned member.

To elaborate on this incident, this was in a discord server for our Clash of Clans Group.
A member joined a server with an offer for us, (A clan merge) which one of the Co-Leaders took them up on with their own clan. Afterwards, this member began DMing members of the server (who were not involved in the merge) and telling them that they were friends with the leader and that they were being moved to a different clan. This was a lie, they did not know the leader, and even after sending the aforementioned warning message in our server, it did not stop the banned member from DMing our members, and led to much unnecessary confusion.
The situation is still active, and we are trying to get them to stop, without luck.
