Feature Request: whitelist/blacklist announcement channel messages

It would be nice to have the option to filter the messages, when following an announcement channel, by
a) whitelisted words
b) blacklisted words
c) priorized words (that negate blacklist/whitelist if they are also contained)

Why:
Whenever an announcement channel fills several purposes, it is nice to be able to follow it, without getting spammed by all messages.

Example:
The server informs about updates of a program that is available for several platforms, but not all platforms receive all the updates, so they are different there.
If someone follows the channel, but only uses 1 of those platforms, they will get all update news still.
So the aim for the ppl following the channel would be to get all messages that are not exclusively for the other platforms.

this requires the option to negate the blacklist of words, if the message contains another specific word.
