My account has been disabled on Discord for spam for no reason.

    Same thing happened to me not even 20 minutes ago cause I complained about my main account being disabled for misinformation.

     

    Instead of properly dealing with the problem and unlocking my account, they banned the second one as well for the following.

    Your account engaged in or facilitated abuse of the Discord platform by participating in any of the following behaviors:

    Selling or attempting to sell a Discord account or server
    Fraudulent Nitro or Boosting activities
    Submitting false, malicious, or mass reports to Trust & Safety

    I was NOT selling accounts or servers.

    I was not commiting fraud, discord is with their claim of misinformation!

    I am not Submitting false, malicious, or mass reports. I am however complaining that they blocked my main. Refuse to respond to requests to http://dis.gg when i submit reports.

    They banned me for:

    Sending a large number of direct messages in a short amount of time.
Participation in a server dedicated to spamming Discord.
Automation of own account or autobot
Other actions in Discord — for example, logging into multiple servers — faster than humanly possible.
Attempts to perform potentially fraudulent activities

    But I NEVER did any of things listed above, it's frustrating this situation, i'm looking to play with my friends for now and booom, discord disturbs everything

    I set up a new server, been using discord for 2 years, and never had a problem. The I was inviting friends from my other servers to the new server with invites, one at a time, and Poof I kicked off and after 2 years and a 1000 hours of hard work building my research group and file records I can not reach my own server and my own friends. They are trying to force me to give up my phone number for "verification", when discord has never had my phone number. I do not have their phone number? Why do they need mine? I used my email to set a new pass word, and was able to get this far, but am still blocked from reaching my own servers unless give up my own private phone number? They already have IP address and computer Mac address. I never even got a single warning, ever in 2 years. What gives? Please help

    I am currently facing that exact problem. Except I got locked out when I tried to disassociate my cellphone number from my account after I used it for verification.

    Neither the ToS nor Community Guidelines were clear on whether I'm allowed to do that or not.
