So, what type of owners do you guys hate?

Firstly, I have a situation that I got demoted in a server but with a nonsense way.

They pranked that my rank broke and just demoted me

I accept that I'm demoted, but after I consult the owner, he just banned me

 

About the question, if Discord has tab of reporting bad owners, what will you guys do?
