Compromised account. No help from support for almost 10 days
I find it very disturbing how support is extremely difficult to get ahold of at times. I submitted multiple tickets after seeing that it could help from some forums and some other Reddit posts but nothing. My friends' accounts also got compromised but they got theirs back even as soon as 24 hours. Those behind the account now have taken the liberty to kick people in communities I'm part of so now I'm just trying to rectify that as soon as possible. Is there hope of getting it back soon?

Depends of your definition of soon... but I wouldn't have high hopes.
I have my account locked for almost 2 months and support keeps auto closing tickets as "Solved" when nothing was done to fix it, not only that in most cases not even a human replied to the ticket.2 -
Same problem here, DaKicker2.0. Going on to 2 weeks, as from tuesday. They dont even send email confirmations anymore that they received ticket number so and so anymore. Leading me to believe my email was blacklisted in order to stop me from sending messages to discord Trust and Safety (Who REALLY aught to be called DISTRUST, AND UNSAFE at this point).
