Friend's account randomly permanently disabled

Got a message through Steam yesterday from a friend who wanted help figuring out what happened to her account. She suddenly got kicked offline and told her account has been disabled.

She never received an email about why from Discord, has tried to appeal it, has tried to ask for an explanation, and nothing has worked. All she got in response to her ticket was a very vague email from Discord saying,

"Hello, Your account was disabled for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We will not reinstate the account. Sincerely, Discord Trust & Safety"

Which, obviously, doesn't answer or explain anything. That is literally the only feedback she has gotten from Discord about it over the past 24 hours.

This is the very, very first action that has ever been taken against her account. No prior warnings or infractions. Just straight to an apparently permanent ban. She's sent out two emails and sent in a ticket for it. Does anyone have any idea what's going on? What more we could do to appeal it? They're at wits end and I just want to help...
