Server - channel - channel description

The server description is too hidden and people don't recognize it intuitionally.

1)
I would suggest to let the text roll from right to left (depending on language) in its current row to get more attention since something is moving.

OR

2)
- the channel description starts in a new row
- begins with "Description: " & filled with the description until the end of this row display
- optional: Add a second row aswell to catch more attention as a description.

Why?

It's very annoying if people don't find the "rules" for a specific text channel, because they simply don't see the description. So you have to tell them one by one what is in there
