More Moderation Options

I'm a mod for an 80k server with over 96 channels that can be chat in by members.  These are some really high QoL I could use to manage it all.

I need a way to view 15 channels at a time.  If not 15 at a minimum of 5.

A way to keep a pinned message in the chat area (top middle or bottom). think of the MOTD but it's always visible!

built in triggers.  like how bots can have !help, etc.  this limit could be increased by Server Boost!  (10 for no boost, 50 for level 1, 150 for level 2, 500 for level 3 (as examples)
