Also mein Account wurde gemeldet weil ich keine 16 bin. Das stimmt nicht so ganz denn ich wurde gefragt ob ich schreiben kann das ich jünger bin und das habe ich dann gemacht hoffe ihr könnt mein Account wieder aktivieren, denn ich habe Nitro und es ist mir sehr wichtig

  Under normal circumstances that would work, Eny. However we are all dealing with support staff that couldnt give a .... . In my case I had Gaile reply to me, denying my appeal outright (account banned for the crime of misinformation). And promptly blacklisted my account so I cannot submit any more appeals. Got exactly zero feedback with EVERY attempt to send any support message.
