Delayed responses; why not increase time of deletion of acount?

If the support team has delayed responses because of Covid, why are disabled accounts deleted after 14 days? That is too little time and its causing me anguish because i think i will eventually lose this account with no human response after a week 

ticket 19381225 please i thought support was 24/7 and yet im receiving no help at all 

Can't you delete accounts after a month instead? If i lose this account I dont know what i'll do.

  you will lose the account. the chumps that run discord could care less. lots of people in the same boat, and there is NO help. As for the covid excuse - covid isn't stopping them from banning people is it? Someone at discord is a ban happy little kid or something, but, I can tell you, that account is screwed.
