Got hacked and discord havent responded in over a month

I got hacked on 11/16 and I contacted discord and they said they escalated the ticket but i still havnt gotten a response since 11/18

    Sorry to hear your account was hijacked last month.

    First, please ensure that your device, email and Discord accounts are all secure using the quick steps below. Oftentimes hijackers leaves footprints in other places, such as game accounts, and so it is important to make sure your security is maxed out after having been hijacked!

    1) Scan your device for malware and viruses
    2) Set a new password and enable 2FA across all services

    I'm looking to understand what ticket you've made - is it for account recovery?

    In order to recover your account, you can reset your password by having access to the contact email. You can do so by heading over to the login screen and clicking forgotten your password?.

    A few things to know about discord... They have probably the worst security for a application. As a network engineer I only considered it usable about 7 months ago... The 2fa can be bypassed with a simple java injection script... I've had a few friends already that have had their accounts hacked even with 2fa... Discord... Doesn't seem to care, it's been a known issue for months... They haven't been helping people with the problem at all... I suggest you charge back all your nitro stuff and change your card number you had assigned to your account...

    The first thing these hackers do is. Change the email and the hash tag number... Discord will refuse to help after that... As they then don't see it as your account anymore...

    Tbh discord seems to be in denial they have a rampant security problem...

    Yeah i had 2fa but the account has been left alone they bought some nitro but other than trying to hack other people it has been left alone

    They just had a massive security breach too. I know 6 people so far today that have had their accounts hacked all with their 2fa bypassed...
