Can’t download Ingles/gif on iPhone

On last update it was a struggle to download images, and I had reboot every 2-3 images I downloaded. Now, with the latest update, I cannot download images even with a reboot of my phone. It tells me to check my settings of my photo album, but I am set so that discord can access all photos. Any help for this? Thanks
