How To Force New Members To Move Through A Set Of Channels

I want the new members to my server to go through a select set of channels. I imagine when they join they can only view the #welcome channel, then after reading it they will see a reaction sticker that if they press takes them to the next channel. This repeats until they have read all the channels I wanted them to look at, and when they press that last reaction they have full access to the server.

I know this is possible as I saw it done in a writing server (The Writer's Cult). I left that server a while ago due to some drama between the admin and I, so I can't go there as a reference. Surely that server isn't the only one to accomplish something like what I described, right?
