Measure against alt accounts

I'm sure anyone who manages a server has experienced situations where a banned person came back with a newly created account and pretending to be a new user, avoiding in this way the ban (which is against discord's ToS).

Avoiding people using proxies, vpns and the like is nearly impossibile; and I'm aware that bots that can filter new members also checking for vpns exist, but I'd like to see discord ban system improved.

Maybe if more people ask for this, unpleasant situations can be avoided.
Sorry, I'm just annoyed and exasperated.
