Easier Slash commands permission handling

Make it possible to set actual permissions for slash commands. It would make a lot of unnecessary things way easier. For example: If a user has a role that allows him to ban other members of a guild why don't just set the permission of a slash command to "BAN_MEMBERS"? It doesn't matter if the user has a specified role with grant permissions for this command since the user could just ban members manually.
