Discord not responding

Hi, my friend's account has been blocked because someone reported him for being underage. He sent them his photo with ID card and dat of birth on it and also his discord nickname with numbers. After his first ticket they told him to send new photo because they can't see his date of birth. He sent back new photo as they asked as response and also made new ticket just to be sure and from that moment they are not responding to him. He is waiting almost 2 weeks and he sent them another 3 tickets and 2 more responds to their mail when they asked for better photo but still nothing. He also asked them for help on twitter something like 5 days ago and no response either. Are there any other ways that he can try because he has his account for 5 years and we all are trying to help him but we don't know what to do.

Discord has a nasty habit of NOT replying, and BLACKLISTING people so the CANNOT contact support. This gives discord the excuse the account is abandoned, and they go and delete it. They did that to countless people allready, some that were on my friends list.
