Organising servers and channels

I think the system or 'dragging' servers or channels to organise them to your liking could be improved. I, for one, don't have the greatest of setups or mice, so it's a common reoccurrence to see myself accidentally dragging a server or channel out of position, and doing so regularly becomes a hassle to fix up again.

This can be fixed quite easily I think, with some simple options being available to be turned on/off in the settings section.

1. There could be an option where a channel or server is only able to be dragged so long as the 'shift' or 'control' key is held.

2. An option to have certain channels only moved if they are first shift+clicked on their icon, then shift+clicked to their new location.

3. There could be an option to disable dragging altogether.
