STREAMING PRIVACY ISSUE

I have friends and people on discord I dont always want to hang out with, I belong to a big group and sometimes prefer hanging out with only a few, I have a private server for days like that. Something I noticed recently that really bothers me is that despite all privacy settings turned on, ie not displaying what I'm doing, and showing offline. If I screen share I can see that subtext displayed on other servers denoting that I'm streaming and in what server. This is not OKAY! PLEASE FOR THE SAKE MY PRIVACY AND MY SANITY FIX THIS.
