Suggestion » Server/User Icon Customization

Make server and user icons more customizable. 

When setting the icon for a group DM chat, you can zoom in and out and pan around the image. It would be nice to be able to do this with profile pictures and server icons. I am surprised that this isn't a thing already. It would make sense if this wasn't possible at all but it functions this way in group DM's already.

I feel like this would be quite easy to implement. If it is implemented, it shouldn't be locked behind a paywall either.
