I can’t log into my account cause of my email

I can’t log into my account beacuse I clicked on a link so I thought my discord acc would get hacked so changed the pass and the email but I didn’t verify the email and awhile later I tried to log back into my account but It didn’t work and I think it’s cause of the email maybe cause it says any of the emails I put in don’t excist.

    if you havent verified the new email, try the old email. it could still be linked to the old email and password.

    The hacker hacked my old email to access my discord but i have changed it to new email for discord. But now the hacker used the previous hacked email to recover it. I have actually setup the 2fa immediately after i changed the email. Will they able to access it with old email without 2fa? I guess the dumb customer support just allow them to recover it with my previously hacked email bacause i can't login or reset my password(it shown as email does not exist when i try to reset it).

    For this situation, am i able to get back my account? Since i have 2fa code with me but the hacker only have the previous email.

    i think the hacker would just delete the old 2fa number, and verify with a new 2fa number. you only option would be to try and appeal to discord. but they are more interested in banning people for literally no reason than to help people with their problems

    It's only in my device, and currently they should not be able to login because login needs the 2fa too, right?

    If i really can't get it back then i would prefer to request for deletion of account. It's better than letting the hacker access all my private info.

    mine was set to 2fa, and the only time i was asked to verify was via email. never had a verification code via phone.

    Mine 2fa was using the authenticator app(Authy).

    Are you using google authenticator?

    personal number. dont trust google to use their authentication app.

    I see and that's why you don't need to verify with the code obtain from the app. I'm using Authy but looks like the hacker can't logging into my account because they don't have it. I have forgot to bind my phone number to my account due to panic lol. I just rushed to change my email quickly but didn't expect that the customer support helped them to recover and hack my discord lmao.

    kinda proving my point then. discord doesnt care. will rather stand with actual criminals than the loyal users that didnt break any rules, and can actually prove ownership. only the real owners get banned.

    I'm still even waiting for their reply and i have created 2 tickets but none get reply from them. They rather helped the hackers when i need help. Bad services
